Well it is like the Little Boris. Those things lingered around for a while before it sold out and people are going crazy for them. Same thing with the Pork Tenderloins and the Barclay Rex.

From my understanding, it's a tweaked La Colmena blend (the same tweaked blend found in the Unico tins), except an inch longer and exclusive to Maximar/Small Batch.

Ah so the unicos are basically the same thing then? Not the end of the world that I missed out on the riena then at least.

So are the Reina done for good? I'm sitting on only a bundle and a half, and I need to know how to properly ration them.

Nope. Different size (bigger) no band, and different wrapper. To me, the taste is radically different (better, even, I dare say) compared to the regular Unico.

I went ahead and snatched that one up since I never grabbed a pack of Reina. I'm still pissed about not getting a tin on Unicos though... I've smoked a Unico but really wanted the damn tin

Similar, but yeah... Aging them in the foil will add to their pungency. Those Unicos are going quick too. I know a couple retailers have them, but those will be gone soon as well.
