Trying the dunhill 965 for the first time.
To say I was dubious about it after smelling it in the tin would be an understatement lol.
Well as someone on here said if the tobacco smell bad it will taste good and damn isn't that the truth.
Love it and am now a convert will be buying more of this is the very near future as I can't see this tin lasting long

Cheers mate, it's a Hector Wiebe Radiator. And I got to be honest it's my best smoker. The green bit has a reservoir that catches moisture and you can take the bowl off and run the rest under the tap! It's smokes super cool and dry. I only just noticed you had a crack at the 965 too! Good gear!

Haha yeah mate! They are nice! Mine is indeed the stubby bent. I just got that one cos I only buy standard pipe cleaners not churchwarden ones... But to be honest it probably won't be long until I buy a warden. Really appreciating my pipes with longer stems of late. I can only imagine the tall bent would smoke even cooler !

I've tried the Original Frog, Across the Pond and Frog Mortons Cellar and I agree the original is the best for me so far! Good gear, it's going to sound weird but it just lacks a bit of oomph and sting on the palate that I enjoy from the Dunhill blends.. You know you've had a smoke if you know what I mean. But it's good to hear you are exploring some different blends and enjoying them! It's a slippery slope mate haha!

Ah hadn't thought of that but then hey pipe cleaners aren't all that expensive lol.
Yeah ordered a Peterson 306 in rustic today so hopefully it will turn up in a couple of days. But was sorely tempted with the church wardens just something about them says layed back big time.
I sure do mate the dunhill does have more punch behind it compared to the frog but saying that will be stocking some in my tobacco lol. Yeah got a few samples so just trying as much as I can to find the stuff I like

Good buy! I don't own a Pete yet, you'll have to let me know what you think! But there is a small army out there that recommends them as the best pipe in that price range so they gotta be doing something right!

And yes the Wardens have a strange allure ! Looking forward to finding the right one. Anyways I think we've probably derailed this thread enough! Stay smoky mate, I'll chat more through PM!

This leather one smokes pretty cool since I've learned to correctly smoke a pipe......
