Cigar Federation Shipping Costs

I won't order from Cigar Fed since that El Gueguense debacle. Well, I shouldn't say won't, but it will be a while before my next order.

Exactly why I won't order from them. Taking orders (and payment) for things that you list as "in stock" that are really a backorder. I don't mind pre ordering, as long as it is clear that is what I'm doing. Small batch had them to me in two days. .. not two months.

2 and a half months? Damn. That's a big prob. Did you buy it as a preorder? Or did they post it as in stock at the time?

My order was listed as in stock. After two attempts, I was able to cancel the order before they shipped.

Lol, I decided not to cancel the order. I wanted to hold up my end. Placed another order with Smallbatch and had the cigars in three days.

What I was alluding to was the fact that there are some cigars CFed carries that others don't. I've only used them once to buy some All My Ex's lanceros. I know there are somehow owned/affiliated/aligned with the Ezra Zion guys. The sale and delivery went without a hitch, and I wouldn't hesitate to use them again.
That being said, Small Batch and Famous are my first stops because of site sponsorship, price, and top notch customer service.

im not trying to be abrasive, and I understand that smallbatch sponsors and they're great and all or whatever, but these threads always end up with people saying the same thing like small batch is the only entity that sells cigars in the US. it's a little maniacal just saying.

as for cigar federation, the shipping is about the same as anywhere else, but I think it varies slightly depending on distance so that's probably why they need your info. when i ordered from them my shipping was 5 or 6 bucks.
