Hey all! Wanted to join up as I am a member on a few other cigar forums, so if you recognize my name, say hello again here! haha. Glad to hear all recommendations and from as many as possible and that is my idea behind being here as well, love the brotherhood that this forum shows. Anyways I just moved to Utah from Michigan back in January after graduating from the University of Michigan, and over my vacation in St marten I really started getting serious with cigars as I got to try a few that are not easy to get your hands on. Upon returning I picked up my first serious humidor, and started packing it full, finding that cigars are like my car obsession, mods/new sticks never end haha. So if you're into cars I'm your man too, including my 08 Jeep GC SRT8. Back to cigars, I have smoked cigars a ton as well because I have played golf since I was 6, so the two just hand-in-hand, but never paid attention to the brand or such, just picked what looked best at the moment (I'm an idiot I know). But as I get more and more into this hobby I find its a lifestyle and a lot I can learn from people here so I am glad I am able to be a part of the group. Little background on my tastes at the moment, I like more cocoa/chocolatey sticks and earthy as well. So my go to for a bit has been Oliva V series Melanio and G series, just ordered a box of Padron 3000, Ashton Aged Maduro. But I am looking at picking up a few churchill for a big golf trip with friends so I at the hammer and sickle tradition churchill and el mejor espresso, but definitely open to some recommendations on that side as well. Big Red Wings fan, wakeboarder/snowboarder, petrolhead, fitness enthusiast, if any of those match your interests we'll get along just fine. Cant wait to learn more! Hope everyones having a good weekend!

Side note: Still looking for employment in the Salt Lake City area, like above mentioned I have a Bachelors degree from U of M in Economics, owned my own high end detailing business for 7+ years and have great amount of sales experience, anything analytical I will excel at. If anyone has any leads or would like to talk more please let me know, glad to send resume and sit down and talk over coffee!

Welcome from Colorado!
Thank you from not far away! Been looking at going to the Rocky Mountain Cigar Festival out there since I live so close now, heard its a good event. Vegas is about the same distance too though for the Big Smoke at the Mirage, decisions decisions. Been looking for some input on both, Utah doesn't have much going for it cigar wise cause of the Mormon influence so ill have to travel a little out to the brother states. Hope you had a good night last night with the Broncos (granting you're a Broncos fan haha)!
