From a little search it seems that particular cigar does say cuba under habana. But I am a super cc newb. Also why not just smoke it instead of cutting open lol.

If it's a Bolivar Libertado LCDH exclusive from 2013 the Bolivar band is incorrect. Should be the new band that says Cuba under Habana. Also the font for "Bolivar" is wrong.
Two things everyone should note with CC. 1) this website will answer any questions you have www.cubancigarwebsite.com. 2)if you have to ask if they are real, they are not
