Ok so I just finished bunching and binding. Now they go in the press.

I use a mold and put a case of beer on top to press them

I have some 15lb Dumbbells I use. I might should use them to work out too, but beer and cigars are more fun

Ok the rolling is done. Now there's a judging to see who has the best sticks. The winner gets some swag and maybe cigars.

I'll post pics of my sticks as soon as the give them back.

Ok my night is all done I'm back at the hotel so here are the sticks I rolled.

Oh I won 3rd place too. Nabbed a hat and a couple of Franklin sticks.

So I was talking to a friend of mine about rolling my own cigars. He went home yesterday and designed this mold and will make it using his 3D printer.

The mold will make a 46 ring gauge smoke.

Will the material for 3D printing be strong enough for the pressure applied to the mold?

He made it sound like it will press tight enough to that he didn't think it would need to be clamped. I'll have to check things out once it's made, but I planned on clamping it shut.
