Welcome. Don't worry about ones too steer clear of, just use the reputable ones. Serious cigars is a good one. R&J is as well. I live in Huntsville and there are a few small ones in the Conroe/Woodlands area

What side of town are you on?

Serious Cigars has four locations. Galleria area, Champions (north side), JFK (the big airport), and the just opened one in Webster are (south of Houston).

Stogies is also a good one.

Welcome from NorthEast Houston. @big_jaygee is correct, Serious Cigars is a great B&M. They have 4 locations throughout Houston. But, I've also ventured over to Stogies World Class Cigars and Wines at 6100 Westhiemer in West Houston. They apparently have more events than Serious (one a mth). But, couldnt go wrong wirh either. Steer clear of Spec's unless your buying spirits, NOT cigars. I'm a newbie to smoking, but not Houston, I'll let you know if I run across any others, but keep asking everybody you run into.
