Cigar cut/cracked

Anyone have an issue with getting a box and a cigar and band have been cut. I know it looks cracked, but band was cut and cigar looks useless.

It looks as thought you will have some pretty rough smoking with that! Which stinks! But yes it definitely looks as tho that is not a crack and is a cut that ended up getting larger and developed a crack! If you decide to smoke it the burn with definitely get messed up which nobody likes!

Just the one, it was the cigar on the outside. Im not sure what happend, I guess it could have been my fault, but i don't think so.

So, i heard back from vendor, they will credit me for the stick. Very nice gesture

Had same exact ting, prob from same vendor, on a BPC and Lusi. They gave me credit as well

Only stick on far right side of box. Mine didn't hit label, but same idea. Whoever opened the box Fd up their entry angle
