I priced out what I thought I would need to start rolling a cigar I would like. It was about $60 with shipping. That doesn't include any of the extras like glue or molds. I also failed to price storage for the leaf.

Maybe when the overtime starts up again.

Who here will PM me this guy's addy?

The cigars.
I you think that kind of thing would fly, I'd be glad to give it a go. I already have a couple domains which would suit a site like that, a business it could shelter under. Anyone with interest in contributing sticks, shoot me a PM with suggestions what you might want for a bundle of sticks. I personally would go for that. I just don't know if anyone else would.

Or ping me directly at are twelve hundred see ell see at gee mail dot com

I think it would be a really cool idea to have a place for all you rolling guys to put up stuff for sale. Might be a great way to cover costs or take "custom" orders. I have nothing to contribute other than the desire to smoke as many different cigars as possible, and support the BOTL family. Sounds like two birds with one stone to me. Or if folks are uncomfortable selling the sticks outright perhaps doing donation to OE or CFW in exchange for homerolls could be an option. I probably should have formulated a better plan before I suggested it and started typing but hey...

That's why I didn't ask you.

I see you are in North Carolina. Are you anywhere near the mountains? FirstWarrior (I dunno if he's on this forum) and I had a fun visit last year. I rode down the Blue Ridge Parkway with a riding buddy, we stayed in his loft overnight, brought some leaves, and we had a rolling session. Worked out good for both of us. Any excuse to ride the Blue Ridge, you know. We're coming up on that time of year again. That same riding companion wants to take a trip. If you are anywhere near the BRP we could reprise that adventure. Ping me an addy, someone.

This is an interesting idea. There are plenty of people here with amazing blends already; i myself do not have that amazing "go to" blend that i would see someone paying for.

However, it's a completely different story if it's more of a custom blend idea. Say someone really liked Nicaraguan tobacco and wants something custom rolled from that leaf, i sure as hell would do that! Pay me in leaf or cigar trades, whatever. It is always fun to try someone else's ideas out!

I am currently doing this with my friends here, letting them think up crazy combos and trying them.

Nah, that is about 2.5 hours west. I live nearly dead center between the ocean and mountains.
