Do you guys go regularly? Put it off? Once a year, twice a year? Only when needed?

I went to the dentist a couple weeks ago to get a wisdom tooth removed..I've got 2 more to go. Before that it's been years since I visited a dentist. I've definitely got to go more often..I'm sure I have at least 2 or 3 cavaties.

I haven't been to a doctor in a long time. I'm sure I should get regular checkups. As I get older, I realize this more and more.

I have a good primary doc that has been realy good to me and my wife and she pushes for a yearly visit. I don't mind since she will call in some meds thru a pone call w/o going in to see her. And the wife makes sure I have regular teeth cleaning with all the cigar smoking.

since I turned 50 a few years ago, I go for a checkup once per year and I also see my doc 3 times/year for bloodwork check for cholestrol and such. When some of you younger guys hit 40, get a complete physical with stress tests, prostate exam and all and continue to get a general physical every 3 years with prostate exams...when you hit 50, you need to be scoped out up the poop chute....don't worry, by then hopefully they will have perfected the virtual colonoscopy....It wouldn't hurt to look into supplements like Lycopene, Lutein, MSM, CoQ 10, Glucosamine Chondroiten, Mega EFA Omega-3...always consult with your physician.
Once we hit 80...F*#@ IT! Party on BABY!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Sex, Drugs, Rock and Roll will live again!:seesaw:

Well I hadn't gone for years so I went last year when I had insurance on my other job and I discovered he has one finger longer than the other!
Damn I hate the 40's!

When my insurance kicks in next month I will go regularly, but not because I like his finger either!

Once in the spring for the semi-annual sinus infection, once in the fall for the same thing, and every other year for required physical. I got dental insurance this year though, so I'll have to go to see how many cavities I have. Hadn't been in about 5 years. I know, I know.

I seem to see a doctor about once a month- with one of the kids or my wife. For myself- I was going yearly, then about 1.5 years ago my doctor joined the Peace Corps. Haven't taken the time to find another doctor.
