The whole cigar is white. How do I know difference btwn plume and mold

You should remove it from the cello, and post some more pictures. Mold is generally splotchy and fuzzy, while plume is generally like a fine dust.

I didn't see where you could order bovedas from them on their site - is it something they can customize for you or add to an order?I was low on small bovedas and bags to stick in sfr's so I ordered a couple from Small Batch. They were kind enough to throw in some cigars to help fill out the box.
On a side note, I've never had anything but outstanding service from Small Batch, but I don't even know how this package made it's way to my door.
I don't know if the shipping label got wet or what, but I can't read it and I know where I live.
