Ok while I wright this I'm puffing on a CAO Pilon. Anyway I have a 300 count humi which was my only one up until today. I've had smaller ones in the past but they have all been gifted to friends that got into cigar smoking. Ok so to my point. I purchased a small 20 count humi. No way will it hold 20 cigars and a hydrometer and humidifier. Nope no way. If you stuffed it full of 50 ring gauge cigars and nothing else ya might be able to squeeze them in. I originally bought the $16 humidor with the intention of moving my 300 count into the bedroom and leaving the smaller one out somewhere in the living room for some go to smokes. Or for when I have a get together my non cigar smoking friends don't start poking around with my good humi. Swear my humi will get opened 100 times. Drives me nuts. My cigar buddies just leave it be. They all know they are welcome to grab a cigar if they want one. Anyway occasionally like a couple times a year I fancy an ACID Kuba Maduro. It's not an all the time thing. I don't know why. I'm not a big fan of the ACID cigars. But sometimes I'm like I want to smoke one. So the other thing I was thinking was order a 5 pack of them and use this humi for ACID only. I'm not putting them in my regular humi. My last option is use put the big one in my bedroom use the small one for my regular smokes and use a tupador for the ACID cigars. I already bought a Rubbermaid Tupperwear container that's smallish that should fit about 8-10. Anyway what would you do? I can't make up my mind. I want to be 100% sure before putting ACID cigars in the new humi I've read and do believe once you store ACID cigars in a humi pretty much they will infuse the cedar and can mess up any future cigars. So what would you do?

If you stick around here long enough you'll grow out of those acids and leave them for the non smokers. Once in a great while I'll grab a tabak or give one to a freind, they are in a tupper in the fridgeador away from everything else.

I've been smoking for about 10 years on the regular now. I tried an acid Kuba Kuba a long time ago. Lots of people I knew all told me the same thing. 99% of the time I smoke full bodied maduro and habano cigars. My absolute favorite cigars as of right now are Oliva O maduro Rubusto, Nub 464T Maduro, CAO MX2, Padron 3000 maduro. However this supposed you will out grow ACID cigars has never gone away. I do not smoke them on the regular. It's simply a couple times a year I get a wild hair and want to smoke one. Sometimes I'll smoke a different infused cigar. For instance last week I smoked a Gurkha Grand Reserva for the first time, wow! But at 18 bucks a pop locally, not going to smoke a lot of them!! My closest 2 B&Ms will not get my business!! To many bad experiences. So the B&M I go to is 45 min away with light traffic. I'm not driving 45 min to buy one cigar. So I'd rather buy 5-10 and keep them at home.

I would put the acids in the tupperdor, so that you can use the wood humi for non infused sticks in the future. I'm pretty sure that if you put them in the wood humi, the wood will absorb the smell and ruin non infused sticks.
If the tupperdor smells, you can just wash it and put whatever inside in the future.
