@StogieFisher sent me some donkey droppings made by viaje I think, one of the best smokes I've had. Soon as I smoked them I immediately tried searching for some to buy... Only to find out they were done
I was at Good Karma and spoke with Todd (?) about his travels and next plans for Pedro's Donkey Droppings; never imagined that I'd see them referenced here at BOTL! Pretty cool

I will add to the sentiment on missing the old Pepin made Padilla's. Still have a few of the original padilla miami 8/11 torpedos sitting in the depths of the humidor. Had my last 1932 a year or two ago.
Also, I miss the Drew Estate extension of the La Vieja Habana named "The Early Years" - were at a great price, and a great smoke
The Joya de Nicaragua Celebracion was another favorite of mine, bought a bunch to sit on once I realized they were discontinued

I think it was a blend made by La Tradicion Cubana called La Confianza. It was a ninfa shape, similar to the Crux, but slightly larger RG. Incredible flavors of dark cocoa and molasses.

I'll second the JJ Maduro and Pepin Padillas.

A few more:
Liga Privada No 9. - yeah, I know they're still around but try and fun anyone who thinks they still have the magic of yesterday.

Tatuaje 10th Anny blends - I know some day the blend was the regular brown label band, but I swear the 10th Annys I had were better than usual!

El Triunfador Lancero OR - @King Kill 33 bumped that thread and I remember how good those were.

OR El Centurion. Such a great smoke. I would also add the La Palina Family Series with Honduran tobacco but I still have plenty of those. Once they are gone, I will be super sad.

Atlantic still has the JJ Maduro. I'm not sure if it's the same as the original though.

BAHIA GOLD...circa 1998. That cigar was a game-changer for me...to this day, one of the BEST and most memorable cigars I've had the pleasure of smoking.
