The pre-light aroma was very nice. The foot gave off a mix of dark chocolate and some leather, while the cold draw was leather and some cedar.
The 1st 1/3 was a continuation of the dark chocolate with some cedar in the background. The retro was as smooth and creamy as could be with no noticeable pepper or spice.
The 2nd 1/3 still showed a lot of dark chocolate, but now also revealed some nuts and leather. The retro now had some pepper and a little spice. This cigar is definitely an @JonHuber blend. At times it reminded me of a Jericho Hill and at others I felt like it was reminiscent of a J D Howard Reserve.
During the final 1/3 the chocolate moved more into the background and the flavors became more savory with some floral notes. The retros seemed like they had a smoked meats, licorice and black tar thing going on. It was a really amazing cigar that I had a very difficult time smoking slowly.
I managed to drag it out to about 1hr 15 min, but every time I put it down I had to force myself not to pick it right back up to take another puff.
I'm headed back to the B&M tomorrow to see if I can get a box of these.

So, Jerico Hill wrapped instead with some badass broadleaf?
