That's what I figured... Have heard nothing but good things
I've found that you have to hold the stick at a slight angle to get a straight cut since the blade moves on a circular path. Also, just cut it quick and pull the stick out before letting the blade return to its setting position.

Figured I'd give one of these a try
After +250 cuts, it starts to shred the cap and blades become dull with resin. But you can unscrew the bottom plate, take it all apart, wipe the surgical blades thoroughly with a soft sponge doused in rubbing alcohol, and spray springs and axle with WD-40. And then it works like new, if not better!
