My Dad's Belgian strong ale. He didn't quite let this batch finish fermenting before he bottled and added some charging sugar. At some point after bottling they started exploding at room temp. He saved most of them by throwing in the freezer briefly then the fridge but way over carved. Takes about 5 minutes to pour but worth it. Delicious and pushing %12.
