Even though I was told I didn't have to season the trays, I decided I might as well let them "season" since I had to wipe them down to clean them after I drilled the holes for the handles...I will most likely put the sticks in tomorrow since I'm workin from home...but looking good so far !! 
Edit: btw I eyeballed the drilling for the handles so yea they may be slightly off center lol

Btw, that hygro on top is only used for temp in the room, the humidity is always wrong and has nothing to do with the wino
