I jarred up an open tin about six months ago. It vacuum sealed on it's own so I'm sure some aging has already taken place. The sealed tins are probably even better.I imagine this blend will be really good with some age on it
I saw a little of that on a couple Instagram posts, you getting into blending? If so, that is awesome. I'm getting into that myself but using whole leaf that I will have to process and prep myself. Any vendors in particular I should look at for the leaf you are buying?
