Oh bro, glass top Cohibas are a rare delicacy. Very doubtful many brothers here have had that luxury.
I have not but those are 100% fake Cubans. I would not advise anyone smoke them.

Fakes like those have been known to contain some pretty nasty stuff including hair, wood chips, and floor sweepings. Just not worth it in my book.
