It is sort of a perfect vitola, isn't it.
Perfect length, excellent wrapper to filler ratio... i wish this was the gold standard for industry blend makers and not the toro.

Don't get me wrong, toros are great, but usually a 2-2.5 hr time commitment. If I'm being honest, coronas are my next preferred vitola, an hour of bliss.

Yeah, I agree. The one thing about toros is, the ones I have have tons of age on'em, because I look at those suckers in my humi and just think, Jesus, no way.... I think they are for taller/fatter people than me, ultimately. That's just too much stick in one stick. I can't absorb all that.

I do love most sizes of corona, though.

I have a funny way of bunching my corona gordas, because I don't have a 46-ring mold. I overstuff my 44-ring mold, press them in that, and then transfer them to my 47. They expand to a perfect draw and firmness at a 46-wrapped. It's a 2.5- or 3-day process.

Man, I would love to see you roll a barber pole with that combo! I'm nowhere near ready to give that a go, but I can picture it looking really damn good
Yeah, last time I tried a barber pole it blew dicks even though I'd studied videos on it. I'd like to try again pretty soon. I didn't really try very hard, did one or two, they sucked, I said fuck it, and moved on. Haha.

When you can roll sticks pretty as yours, who needs a striped gimmick?
I totally understand where you are coming from. I love rolling a pretty cigar, but I have this desire I can't fight to want to continue to push myself to do new things that are not easy at all. I am intimidated very much by trying barber poles so it's something I haven't tried because I know I will mess it up and if I hate anything, it is ruining my expensive and pretty wrapper leaf
