Nice looking rolls! What wrapper is that?

Also, according to Willy your wrap should go around the stick 3 times, you nailed those brother!
My camera really highlighted all the veins and details, i think the picture is gorgeous (#bragging), but there's no coffee or nature scene in the background, so i have things to learn...

As for the wrapper, there are 2 different ones... any guesses? Should be easy with me

Knowing you, PA broadleaf and Mata Fina. If I'm right, you're killing me with that Brazilian wrapper, I have a helluva time getting it that smooth

The one on the left is Brazilian, the right is Ecuador ligero, real nice to work with!

Not only is the Ec ligero great to work with, I think it's one of the best tasting wrappers I can get my hands on. That's just my tastes though. Are you using thin strips of the Brazilian to get it that smooth? Teach me your secret!! Lol

This is where i hit the veins with a little copper pipe to make them behave. It's such a thin and delicate wrapper, you really need to be careful. I've torn many wrappers stretching them too far

A little more practice with the Mata Fina wrapper today after seeing what Brenden could do with it. This leaf requires patience and a delicate hand, but I was able to nail this one imo and didn't even have to flatten the veins with anything other than the bunch. When you nail it with this leaf you can get it to look damn near seamless. I will probably try binding and wrapping with this leaf for my straight ligero blend I'm planning. Either that or bind with Nica Habano seco.

Lol!! The Mata Fina works extremely well in this blend too. It has this malty molasses sweetness thing going on that really compliments the marshmallows. First time I've done it in the lonsdale format though so I'm excited to give this one a try.

Introducing the Hooligan triple ligero. 1/2 leaf Jorge ligero, 1 leaf Piloto cubano ligero(WLT), 1 leaf criollo ligero(WLT) bound with Ecuadorian Habano seco from LO. I plan to wrap these tomorrow with Brazilian Mata Fina from LO. Haven't settled on a blend name yet, but leaning towards "Throat Punch".

Why does it seem like every time I get ready to roll my own blend you post it?

Anyway just got more Corojo seco in so I'm gonna roll the bhmm with different wrapper. Conn bl, mata fina, SA and Ecuador mad.

Well I think we have pretty much the same leaf in our kits so there's only so much we can do. I also roll anywhere from 10-15 a day during the week so you can imagine I have a metric assload of blends I've rolled.

Here is the first "Black Eye Specialist"

The MM blend works well in every wrapper I've used. I have tried it with all those wrappers except the Ec Maduro, but I have one wrapped in it that I actually was going to burn last night except my new heart meds made me feel like shit so I went to bed instead. The Mata Fina and the CT broadleaf still maintain the marshmallows, the ct is slightly less spicy and a little more sweet, the Mata Fina is a little sweeter yet and adds something like a malty/molasses sweetness. Wrapped in San Andres that blend tastes like a handful of whoppers and is probably my personal favorite use of the San Andres. I will post up tasting notes on the Ec Maduro when I get to it either tonight or during tomorrow's brewday. Going to brew a s'mores Porter to go with the MM cigars, hoping to get a noticeable toasted marshmallow flavor in the beer by toasting a bunch with a torch and tossing them at the end of the boil, and will add a box of graham crackers to the mash
