profiteering is not looked upon favorably at botl. other places can do whatever choose to do, but what that guy did is a total DICK move. if he wanted to have an auction, that's what he should have done. i HATE hearing stuff like that. back in the day, and it may still be there, there was a SCUMBAG list online......

I think the funniest part is, after I told him "If they're still available at the listed prices, i'll take them, but i'm not going to get into a bidding war" his reply was "Yeah man I understand. He hit me up first and I live by the first come, first serve mentality. If I run into anymore I'll hit you up. Or if you see anything else you might want I'm willing to make deals." Completely contradicted himself.

I've met enough douchebags to translate this for you. What he meant was, 'I live by the first come, first serve mentality...Unless you are willing to pay more than the guy who came first.'
