I started out with a 48 qt cooler a couple of years ago and ran out of room last year, so I upgraded to a 110 qt cooler. After only 9 months, it is completely full after I received my Las Calaveras boxes. I order a Newair CC-300 last week and it arrived this weekend. Opened it up this evening and plugged it in. I ordered some large Boveda packs for it and was going start seasoning it, but I was out of distilled water. Will start that tomorrow.
I like how it looks so far, and we'll see how it holds humidity. I think it should be fine. I'm thinking I'm going to use this for singles storage and sealed boxes. I also started getting into CC's and ordered my first boxes, so I'm hoping it is ready to go before they arrive.

I picked up a jug of distilled water on the way home tonight and wiped down the shelves and drawers. I also filled up the little tray that came with the wineador, so we'll see when it stabilizes.
My hydrometer in the cooler has served me well and when I tested it with a calibration kit it tested perfectly. The new one is showing either one or two off, so I ordered another calibration kit to check both of them. Unfortunately, they are not adjustable so if it is more than 2% off, I'll exchange. You can also tell that I am completely out of room in the cooler. The humidity drops immediately when I open the cooler. The top one read 65% when I opened and the bottom read 64%. I'm using 65% Boveda packs in the cooler, so they are doing their job well.

I removed the analog hydrometer because i don't like how it looks and will put the digital one over it. I may put a drawer on the top as well and put another hydrometer there. The top of the winedor isn't as deep, so the drawer isn't flush, but the door still closes fine.

I also ordered on of the Xikar fans to move some air around. Not sure if it will make a difference, but can't hurt.

The one complaint I do have about this wineador is that their is no divider in the shelves. They are pretty large, so you would have do do a lot of digging if you had a bunch of singles piled in there.

The cedar trays from cheaphumidors.com will fit side by side in the wino and they stack rather well. I have the 280e so I can't do them side by side(1/2"-3/4" too narrow) I organize them by manufacturer.

I'm wanting one of these really bad. Hoping to have one in the next few months. I couldn't come close to filling it up right now anyway but I'm working on it. Keep us posted on how you like it and how it's working out for you if you don't mind. Take care.
