I just moved to Fairfield Glade Wilshire Heights condos. Total of 150 units and I'd say, more like wife would say only 1/4 of these are occupied all year. I know it's very well maintained and the prices are very reasonable. Its It's noted as a golf resort and that's what it feels like after coming from congested Clearwater, Fl.
