Yesterday I stopped by a local cigar store which has a small selection of OTC pipe tobacco. I used a coupon to buy a pouch of Captain Black white and a pouch of Carter Hall. I haven't smoked either in a long long time. I let both dry out for a few hours. I smoked a bowl of each today. Both products are excellent stand bye's in my tastey opinion. Must say that Captain Black without the coupon has gotten too expensive. Lane Limited RLP-6 or LL-7 are both just as nice of a smoke at half the price.

Another one bites the dust!
Finished off a sample baggie of Voodoo Queen from 2006, yesterday in the Smokers' Haven Cognac Redux by BriarWorks, and today in an original old GBD.
Not really in my wheelhouse, but I appreciate the opportunity to sample the aged blend!

Luxury Bullseye Flake in a Posella.
It's great, I've had a few bowls but seem to be drinking while I smoke and never write down notes. From what I remember it had a great dark fruit and rich Virginia sweetness, I guess I need to smoke more before I post a review for this months PToM
