That sounds AWESOME!!!

Many years ago, a friend and I created a drinking game - it was like playing quarters, but on a larger scale with golf balls and a swimming pool. An inflatable kiddie pool was the target, take the pool vac hose and drop both ends into the inflatable, wrap hose around diving board, and the target would float around the deep end. (Give the hose some slack, so the target slowly moves around.) Get a rubber-ish mat for added bounce (and to not beat up the concrete as bad), stand opposite end of the diving board, and try to 1-bounce the golf balls into the target.

We had a LOT of fun with that one... Lots of ways to play it too - drink for every miss? Opponent drinks for every hit? We even had a 9-round baseball version, but I don't think we ever finished one of those games... Man, this takes me back...

We play beer pong but with golf clubs and chip shots and set 5 gal pails at 10yrds, as the first event. That tends to get the party started
