Trying the fold and stuff packing method. In a new cob

I have mixed results with the fold and stuff. One of my favorite flakes is Dunhill's Irish flake, and if you rub it out, it tastes nothing like the f&s method. However, my f&s lately has resulted in clogged/tight smokes that I have to give up on halfway through. The cube cut method has resulted in wasted baccy as well. I am a one year noob at piping, so that's probably the reason.....
The few times it has worked for me has been phenomenal.

Sounds like my experiences. Keep trying and it gets better!
