Sadly, no. Smoking, of anything, is prohibited in all public places, restaurants and bars. Even banned at the beaches. There are a few places that will allow you to smoke but you do so at your own risk.

That's so horrible in how it's changed to now. I still remember a cigar shop, in the middle of nowhere on one of the random roads in Kauai somewhere, you just see the tall grass and gardens everywhere and there was this cigar shop, with nothing else around it. I'm sorry I forgot the name, but this must have been 20 or so years ago, I normally go to Oahu & Maui, but I love Kauai for how gorgeously beautiful it is.

I hope I did the right thing and posted this on this topic thread and I didn't email you (I got warned, so I'm trying something different)

Oh, yes, back then, you were able to smoke by the shop and out in the Kauai gardens, of course.
