I am surprised. I like it more than I expected. Nice sweet earth, light roast coffee, baking coco, and a creamy almost oily texture. Occasionally a nice herbal flavor that comes through. It reminds me of something grandma use to put in her spaghetti. I guess that is pretty fitting.
Edit:
In the last third a sweet cherry flavor comes in to the mix. It is like somebody just spread a thin layer of it over top of the mix. It is obviously there, and one of the first flavors out of the shoot, but not really in your face. I'm also getting a little red pepper now.
The cigar is full flavor and full body without feeling like you were attacked by the ligero goon squad. A pretty refreshing change of pace.
As I type this the herbal flavor jumps out and comes across as thyme with a mint undertone. I think I would like a five pack to rest a while. After I refill the humidor this will be on my must buy list. I'm sure it will need a couple months in the humidor to get this nice from the truck.
