Smoked one of those on Thursday. They're starting to smoke really well imo.
Couldn't put my finger on the flavor until i grabbed an oatmeal stout. This has a roasty, dry stout flavor and mouthfeel. Going to be a perfect pairing as well

Last night with a good chunk of the AZ crew. First was a test of my cherry bomb with ct shade. Tasty, but a little light for my tastes. Would be good in the am with coffee
One of these perfectos I just found when re-arranging my coolers. First time I have tried one of my sticks with almost a year on it and time has been very VERY good to this blend.
Then today while confirming I need to replace a timing chain on the 2nd car.

I won't know until I swap the chain and compression test the cylinders. Here's hoping. The chain was tight up top until I pushed down real hard so I'm hoping it failed with all the valves closed
