YourStarted "Guns, Germs, and Steel" yesterday. I've been wanting to read it for a while and finally decided to break it open.

I certainly have, though several years ago, back before I really started to understand them on a deeper level. It's on my list to revisit, but I don't think I currently have a copy.

Awesome! I'm halfway through rereading the first book in the series. I think the second might be my favorite. The first three are all so good, though.After holdiays craziness I was finally able to finish Book 2, now onto Book 3

Beneath the wheel is a very strange and complex book, but the simplest to understand on the surface. So much metaphor and symbollism i will reread that many times before I get it. Jy sister actually got me several Hesses as a late christmas present though, so if you would like your copy back id have no problem sending it, though it's currently on loan to a friend haha but he reads faster than I do.
