Service was good. I have never had to return anything but I have had order changes and that services was great. I like them because I usually get my cigars within a day or 2 on normal shipping since they are in same state.

I would love to find a cheaper alternative to Thompson if they have good service and fast shipping. I like the 5 pack fevers because I can get Tempest churchills, Flor de Antillas Torpedos, Prensado churchills and San Cristobals Monumentos. They do have some good prices on some things, but with the experience I had I wont be back. Took me 5 days just to get off their call list. Glad to see your having good service though!
