Prototypes for a custom order. Can't remember doing pigtail caps before and pretty pleased with how these turned out. I can see definite room for improvement, but I learn best by doing so I guess I will just have to roll a lot more of them.

Had fun with this one today Birthday Bat Blend. Hupmann in the pic for size comparison only. This bat is an 80rg at the foot and 60rg at the head once clipped and 11+inches in length. Unlike some other sticks you might have seen on the market... this is actually a whole leaf blend.

I have smoked one ... one... admittedly it put me on my ass (a few times) ... What is QC? AHHHH Quality Control... I do a smoke blow test and a flame bending test blow on all sticks of this size. Wind out? Then the draw in is a go.
They are a Limited Edition one of a kind Birthday Gift. I roll a dirty dozen each month (at this time.)
