I'm a hipster when it comes to making fun of hipsters: I've been doing it since before it was cool.

Actually, that's not true. I wasn't even sure what a hipster was until a few years ago when people online started using it as a pejorative against me. I thought it was synonymous with 'hippie', and I was confused as to why anyone would think I'm a hippie. So, I looked it up and realized that all of these pretentious douchebags in the major cities near where I live are hipsters.
