Do you have a cigar budget and stick to it?
Yep...When my wife gives me the disappointed or upset face after seeing the shipping box, I've reached the monthly budget.
This ^^^^ and when she says what is that box and I reply "cigars" followed by a silence no response whatsoever as she carries on, I know I'm beyond my budget. She asked me once "how much do you spend a month on cigars anyways? $60?"When my wife gives me the disappointed or upset face after seeing the shipping box, I've reached the monthly budget.
Same here! When my wife gives me the disappointed or upset face after seeing the shipping box, I've reached the monthly budget.

LMAO man - that's creative! The guys at my hobby shop once put a $99 "wife sticker" on my $400 airplane. If I ever got caught, my life would be over.Ive resorted to telling the misses that Famous and Small Batch send out consolation prizes for the lottery pool...Don't think this is gonna fly much longer.
I only buy on credit, take the cash back, and pay the bill off It's like they're paying me to shop there... right!?My only real budget rule is that I don't buy cigars on credit. I'm already burning my money, I'm not paying interest to do it!
Well, ok, I DO use my rewards card to make all the purchases. But the bill gets paid in full every month!I only buy on credit, take the cash back, and pay the bill off It's like they're paying me to shop there... right!?
There are a few places that take lapyap which I have tied to a checking account for lapyap and Amazon only. It's a free echecking account. I move some money each month into the account. That's how I can pay cash but still shop online. Emerson's and cigar fed are two I wish more took lapyap. My only real budget rule is that I don't buy cigars on credit. What he said...no budget, I spend less than I make...............
