Flying with a box tomorrow?

Has anyone else had their traveldor fuse shut due to pressure change while carrying on. Trying to pry that sucker open after my last flight was a pain in the ass. Lol

I have a pressure valve on my 15 and 50 count, but not on my 5 count. Put the fold over flap of the cello of one cigar hanging out and it will keep it from just sealing completely while still closing tight. Never had a problem opening it since doing this. In the picture you can see the cello on the right side about midway down of my closed traveldor. Hope this helps.
