My friend got this cigar. I've never seen a CC in cello, so I assume it's fake.

Hard to tell with out of focus, but font doesn't look quite right either. I'm sure others can be more specific, Hoyo isn't one I'm super familiar with.

It was the cello that threw me off. The guy who gave him the cigar is pretty reliable, and has a crazy collection of CCs.
