I got a bag with an order once too @BrewinHooligan very fun to open a box and see that in there.
Anyone know a good place for beans up around northern NY? Moved from Arizona and Sweet Marias is kind of far when it comes to ordering beans (has been taking about a week and a half for delivery). Would like to find something a bit closer.

I saw Saratoga Coffee Company??? That might or might not be the name. I do know they're in the upstate and I actually found them through Death Wish Coffee company.
Thanks for the heads up. I like sweet Maria's service but I hate that they don't have a consistent selection. I find something I love and then it's gone when I go to re-order. Bodhi has some very good prices from what I'm looking at.

Guatemalan from the Huehuetango province. All the Huehuetango coffees I've roasted have been very good.
Just roasted up a couple batches of EY, my wife's favorite puro coffee.
I have always wondered why you never see this blue mountain stuff in the realm of third wave/specialty coffee. I assume it's because, when compared to specialty coffee, it's not very good. But I've never seen any to actually try. Just speculation on my part.
