We celebrated our family Easter dinner yesterday and today I but a heavily ham laden bone in with a pot of brown beans. Made a double batch of Hatch pepper corn bread to go with it.

Tried this half coke half ketchup and coat the thick cut chops in a baking dish and cook at 350 for an hour. Tastes yummy
