They over drew my account for an order I placed for April that was paid in full when the order was placed.I can't get a response from p and c via customer service . I've emailed twice now about the trout stream from my order back in february? I think it was.. and no response . I keep meaning to call but haven't yet
A day after the order was placed half the items went on back order. Once they shipped the back ordered items they withdrew the full order amount again.
After a 39 minute wait on the phone it took customer service another hour to figure out why they did it and reverse all charges and pay overdraft fees.
I really WANT to continue to do business with them but cannot if they chose to say they have their system is working normally and this is how they do business.
The customer service person was very kind and helpful. Not enough to justify their broken system.
