I would consider an igloo cooler, consolidate into a 50 or even 100 quart. Temps change much slower, also rh usually holds well. Search, wine coolers and Cooladors on here. I have a 50 quart coleman cooler, and have not had any problems. Temp runs 68 to 72, rh holds 66-70%, I also use crystal kitty liter, I recently added a boveda pack. There are tutorials in the storage forum pages. The problem with a cooler is it is not pretty, but I have mine in my man cave, so it is not a problem for me. Hope this helps.
