Hi all! My names Josh, 24 y/o, and I discovered cigars shortly after a mountain bike accident in 2015 that left me with a really severe Traumatic Brain Injury and a lot of broken bones (neck, back, jaw, collarbone, etc.) and a mini-stroke while in coma. I had to be retaught how to walk again and use my legs, all of my basic motor skills, etc. I was always a really high energy, super active guy, but ever since my brain injury I've dealt with extreme fatigue, anxiety, over-stimulation when in crowds, and recall memory. A year and half post accident I finally had to make the hard decision to give up the one thing I loved out of responsibility to make sure I didn't hit my head again and gave up cycling. I found cigars to be relaxing and calming, sort of like meditation for me. My parents and I (we all started smoking at the same time) usually smoke 4-5 nights a week on our back porch and it's even brought us closer together as well. Really excited to meet you guys and be a part of this!
