I second the price tag gun.. got me from Amazon for about $5.. Great for putting a date on the cello or box. Super cheap, fast, and easy. Sticks not in a cello = post-it notes.. however, I don't do a whole lot of labeling, mainly just stuff bought with aging in mind.

I hate adding bands to cigars

I highly recommend a micron pen from Amazon or Office Depot. They are super fine print markers that will allow you to write the full code on the band that is already on the cigar.

Economically a 2 pack for $3 of these pens will mark more bands and be a lot cheaper and I won't have a drawer full of bands.
