I'll probably try to pick some up when the next batch is released (mid-July, reportedly) but at $16.50 per stick we're approaching Davidoff pricing levels. First the "limited release" Skyflower, followed by the "limited release" Black Honey....no shortage of marketing acumen in the Gellis family.

Tons of better stuff out there at that price range that isn't "limited" that you will continue to be able to buy over and over

For what it's worth the La Colmena Unico is the only cigar they made that I'd pay $10+ for.

You haven't smoked this yet, so how do you know that the stuff already out there is better? Not saying you're wrong, but you'd have to have one to make that call.

I agree, that's why I still have 30+ left.

I had a couple from the first release... wasn't impressed. Did you ever get a chance to try them? Just curious.

So many people doing limited releases these days. All a gimmick to push quick sales.

And I'm down to like 13 Unicos.

But I still think we need feedback from @manbearpig

No argument there, it's pretty standard operating procedure. Build the hype machine, reap the bennies (or benjis ).

Those suits aren't cheap. And the beard oil is probably foreign.

@ChuckMejia i think they are priced right for being warped cigars. Hipster cigars at Cohiba prices. However you must store them in grossly overpriced warped leather finger cases. The more abrasively colored the better. Maybe a puke blue or construction cone orange. . And then light them with an overpriced warped lighter. Too bad there isn't warped butane.

I got Chuck pricing on most of my Warped stuff, so it was nowhere near Cohiba costs, like not even close.
