Bought some cigars from Cigar.com February 14, 2017. I bought them on a promotional flier that came with a box of cigars I had ordered. Two weeks later I asked where my cigars were. I was informed that they had just installed a new computer system that had a "bug." I should be patient and my cigars would arrive. I am still waiting.
Subsequent calls to five different "customer service" reps resulted in zilch. Three of them outright lied to me. No, I wasn't rude nor even impolite. No, I couldn't get a refund. No, I couldn't get the same amount of cigars of equivalent value.
It turns out many customers have been scammed by them and their sister companies--Cigars International, Cigarbid and Pipes and Cigars. CI's Facebook page is filled with complaints (all unanswered) and the BBB has given them their lowest rating because of the flood of complaints.
I used these guys for almost 20 years with no problems and now, all of a sudden, they are worse than Thompson's. Call them on the phone and you will be hanging on forever. Email them and you get no reply.
Shop there if you want. Maybe you will be lucky, but you were warned.
