I love Bolivar... I don't think there's any other cigar like the BBF and Coronas Jr. But I much prefer them with lighter wrappers over some of the current maduro wrappers that go on CCs now. Those would be my top 2 Bolivars, then go with what size you prefer.

My neighbor ordered some Boli CJs recently... looked like mini T52s. It was a sad sight. For a second i thought he bought them from @manbearpig

You guys were a huge help. I think I am going to go with BBF, and BBC or BBC. Might order some in the next few weeks, cigar porn pics will be posted :) One more question, while looking at these online they have boxes and SLB. What is the difference? The box is a bit more ornate with all the traditional artwork and what not. While the SLB is just the cedar square box, as I'm sure you all already know. I'm guessing the only difference is the appearance of the packaging. But why two package types?

Porn and BBC in the same post.... bro. Chillllll

And if you get BBF ... I recommend going with the SLB... I'm not a fan of the box press that comes with the dresses box.

Slide Lid Box all the way. I even prefer the tubo version of the Boli RC, as it comes round in the tube instead of pressed in the box.

The wrapper is what does it for me. I'd take a light colored dress box any day over a darker slb. But if cigars looked the same, slb all the way. Prices the same and buying without seeing, go slb.

we older guys know that cigars age more gracefully in wooden boxes (cabinets).
also there is the point that your cigars are packed in the round, not pressed.
also cabs fit closer and take up less shelf space for those among us with large collections.
there is speculation that Spanish cedar helps to keep critters away.
