Use binder as the tail.
Before you finish binding, you’ll want to finalize the fillers length at the head. This could be done before you start binding but, could be done before you finish binding by either one straight chaveta cut or, by lifting and trimming with some scissors to get some roundness to it.
When finishing the bind, you’ll want to keep in mind that this last section will be used as the tail and, may need to be trimmed down to meet requirements for size in girth. Leave some hang out of the mold for the flair. Length should be finalized after wrapping. You’ll want to keep this area moist so it doesn’t become brittle and get damaged. Use a dampened tissue during rotating time over the tail and mold to help if the air is dry. If you use some thinned out glue before capping it would help to fortify it’s shape.
When making the cap, you could cut it out of the wrapper but, it would be easier to finish the wrapper and, cutting a flag and a cap.
You’ll have to mess with the shape of the flag a couple times most likely. Instead of a tear drop, maybe more like one of those cartoon sperms with a skinny long tail. It should come around the shoulder and thin as it goes up to cover the first part of the tail. Cut a round cap and, put a slit in it so you can rap it around the tail.
Finalize the tail flair length an shape.
If you don’t want to create the relief in the mold, you could take a finished stick and, create a tail then cap it.
