If you're looking for a mold, I'll make it for you. Is that shape you want on http://en.cigar-wiki.com/Shapes so I can get a basic feel for the shape? It's just some time with the cad after that.

Awesome! I was hoping there would be no issues. That's why I tape the top to the bottom. The tape held with no gooey residue?

No residue. It's perfect. I'll oil/wax it before using it. It's really nice looking.

Very nice! What kind of cycle time do you have to mill out a mold? I use to program 5 axis CNC machines and sometimes miss the access I had to the machines for projects like this.

I'm not sure of the question you are asking me. A mold generally takes a day to prep, mill, post process, sand, and ship. That's minus design time and posting cam files.

About a day, plus or minus, depending if I'm creating a mold I've already created at least once.
