Whoa! That is beautiful! What is that handle material...looks too finished for stacked leather. I don't know much about fixed blades, but I know this one is special!

Let me know what you think of this one! I have been looking at picking up a high quality filet knife lately.. my old Rapala Fish-n-Filet is on its last legs.. Its time for a replacement.. and I'd like to upgrade to something a little better/nicer..

I was considering the F4.. or the Cabelas Filet that is made by Wusthof...

That F4 looks awesome. I will say that the Buck folding filet knife works well above its price point and holds an edge remarkably well.

If you like really flexible fillet knives, you probably won't like the Fallkniven F4. Other than than better steel, etc.
