Las Vegas Cigar Social Club

I am planning on starting a Cigar club ( not a brick and mortar place, a social club with Monthly meetings/smokes). Does anyone have ideas they've seen or would like in a cigar social club? I'd like to have 2 cigars for members (one "premium" on "daily smoker") and a couple door prizes at each meeting. Anyone have any input? I've tried to find a club and I haven't had any luck. Who else is in Las Vegas and would like to join?

After running one for a long time myself my only recommendation is to keep it as simple as possible. We focus on just getting together and usually don't involve money or expectations. I find people get along much better that way and it caused less friction.
